Handling & Storage Tips
Since Vadallia onions are high in moisture content, they should be stored in a cool dry place. Onions wrapped individually in tin foil and placed in the refridgerator, will keep for months. Onions should be spread out for storage, make sure they do not touch; leave air space between each individual onion. Vadalia onions can also be frozen. Freezing changes the onions texture, so frozen onions should be used for cooking only.
